Database News: Andy Pavlo joins Clickhouse

Interesting news appeared today.
Andy Pablo joins ClickHouse and will be the head of a new research lab at ClickHouse called ClickHouse Labs.
It is definitely a big name that joins ClickHouse. ClickHouse offers a managed Postgres service and on focus of ClickHouse Labs will performance improvements in Postgres. At least for their managed service.
I am really curious what innovations will come out of ClickHouse Labs.
